All about us, noticed and un-noticed they watch, they sing, they live. Birds are a constant visual reminder to live in harmony with the environment.

In quiet appreciation I sit waiting for the birds to visit, whether by stream, by sea or by forest.

Sometimes I hear their song, but see them not. So in stillness I look at other things waiting to catch a glimpse of feathers.

They even fly among our suburban and city dwellings reminding us that nature is never far away.

For this exhibition I share my love of birds, the sea, and a few others, in pastel, water-colour and oils.
